By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services & Solutions

We provide enterprise mobility solutions designed to secure, manage, and optimize business operations. Our services include:

  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for remote control, security, and compliance.

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM) for secure authentication and user access.

  • Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) to safeguard mobile workforce connectivity.

  • Mobile Threat Detection & Response (MTDR) to mitigate cyber threats on mobile devices.

  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to prevent unauthorized data access and leakage.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Our hardware products, including rugged enterprise devices, come with manufacturer warranties.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service but will take reasonable measures to ensure service availability.

  • Reliablz Global Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Data Privacy & Security

  • We adhere to strict data protection policies to secure your enterprise data.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their users comply with all security best practices.

  • We do not store or process sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for service provision.

7. Termination & Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a user violates these Terms & Conditions.

  • Clients may terminate services with prior written notice as per contractual agreements.

  • Upon termination, all access to our platforms and services will be revoked.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation or arbitration in UAE.
